Private Cooking Classes is what you need!!
It consists in private cooking classes designed just for you. You tell me what would you like to learn and I will create a class according to your premises. Some examples would be:
- Healthy cooking for beginners, we will learn about the basics and most used ingredients in healthy cooking
- Using superfoods
- Smoothies & Juices
- Healthy tuppers to take away
- Cooking with ancient grains
- Healthy Holiday dishes
- Cooking for your liver
- Supporting Gut Health
- Healthy Gourmet Dinner
- Vegan Desserts
These are only examples of what you can learn, I am open to any suggestions and I will adapt the class to your wishes and interests.
The class will be hands-on, you will be the chef and I will be there by your side to support you and give you guidance.
How it works
Depending on the subject, the class will be between 2-3 hours. Thus we will have plenty of time to pay attention to every detail. I aim that you don’t need a professional kitchen for cooking delicious healthy dishes, that’s why the class will be held in you kitchen, using the utensils you are familiar with and we will adapt the recipes to what you have, so will be easier for you to keep cooking after the class.
Ingredients are not included in the price. I will bring the ingredients less comun and which are more difficult to find, although I will always let you know where you can get them or even how you could make them at home.
Classes can be taught in English or Spanish.
