I made these Greek yogurt with frozen berries as a snack before going to the airport for Easter holiday.
It was yummy, quick, delicious and hassle free so I made it few more times during vacations as night dessert. You don’t need a super equipped kitchen to build it up and is super versatile.
I know it is not a big deal, there is not a recipe involved or anything laborious but it was so comforting and since summer is upon us, I had to share it with you guys!!
The secret for a great quick dessert is to have 3 element:
- A creamy base, it could be Greek yogurt or coconut cream for example.
- Something crunchy like chopped nuts, granola or cookie crumbs
- Sweet fruits, berries, banana, mango, pineapple, oranges, really anything
