This Grilled Pineapple with Lime Yogurt is a way to upgrade your breakfast or dessert this summer.
Pineapple is great and delicious on its own, but if you feel like making a fancy breakfast, try grilling it. Pair it with lime yogurt or coconut ice cream and you will bring exotic vibes to your table.

- 4 slices pineapple
- 150 ml lime yogurt or
- coconut ice cream
- fresh mint to garnish

Heat a grill pan over a high heat. When the pan is hot, add pineapple slices and grilled them around 3 minutes each side.
