The magic golden milk that will keep you warm and fill you with powerful nutrients.
- 500 ml milk or plant base milk delicious with coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 vanilla bean
Pour milk, honey, turmeric, ginger, cinamon and vanilla bean into a saucepan.. Put over a medium heat and stir until honey dissolve. Serve it hot.
