200gcooked mung beans or 100g raw mung beans boiled in salted water
2tablespoons lemon juice
To serve: cumin, paprika, parsley, pita bread, bread sticks
Add the mung beans, lemon juice, tahini and salt to a food processor and blend until a paste is form. At this point start adding the water a splash at a time. Process again until the hummus is smooth and creamy. Taste, and adjust to your liking - adding more lemon juice or salt, if needed.
Serve with as many toppings as you like.
