Put a pan over high heat. When very hot add a drizzle of olive oil and asparagus. Turn down the heat to medium and let them cook for 10 minutes.
Crack a couple of eggs over the asparagus, cover and let them cook 3-5 minutes. If you like your yolk well cooked, cook them for a bit longer.
Grate parmesan over eggs, sprinkle salt and black pepper and serve immediatly.
