Preheat the oven at 160ºC. Line a mold with parchment paper.
Blend bananas in a food proccessor or with a hand blender.
In a large bowl, put all ingredients and with a spatula, mix until well combined.
Pour mixture into the lined mould.
Cut reserved banana in half, lengthwise and place it over the top. Sprinkle some chopped almonds.
Bake at 160ºC for 45-60 minutes.
