Baked Sweet Potato Sticks

Are you looking for a delicious and nutritious side dish for your summer bbq? Don’t go too far, these Baked Sweet Potato Sticks are what you were waiting for.

They are actually my favourite snack, they satisfy my sweet cravings providing my body lots of good stuff.

The are baked instead of fried for healthier reasons and that the carb amounts on potatoes don’t back you down. Actually sweet potatoes have much more vitamin A (good for eye health) than white potatoes. they also are higher in vitamin C and fiber and have fewer calories. So now you can enjoy your baked sweet potatoes with less guilt!

I learn about the important qualities of sweet potatoes, they are even saving children lives in Africa, with the program Food Unwrapped. A very interesting show I highly recommend you to watch. They travel around the world to discover and explore the food industry, they discover the scientific reality behind our favourite food.
